Thanks for visiting our family's website.  This is just a little bit about who we are.  I (Josh) am a follower of Jesus Christ, husband, dad, and aerospace engineer.  I try to keep things in that order.  Jamie is also a follower of Christ, wife, mom, homemaker, and home business woman - she is mighty pretty too!  We are both from the same hometown, Gordo, Alabama.  Everyone asks us when we met and, the fact is, we do not remember.  That is because we really cannot remember when we did not know each other.  We were acquaintances from preschool to middle school, good friends during junior high, and we started dating the summer before our junior year of high school - August 1996.  From then on, we dated throughout college and and watched each other grow in maturity and be radically changed by God.  After the ups and down of dating for 7 years,  - yes, I said SEVEN - I asked Jamie to marry me on January 3, 2003 at the Opryland Hotel garden atrium and she said YES!  We were married on August 30th of that same year and we have lived in Madison, Alabama since then.  Last year, our family grew when a great little dude named Caleb Davis was born at Huntsville Hospital on May 9, 2005.  It has been a great joy watching him grow and develop over these past few months.  This year, we look forward to another addition to our family!  We are expecting Baby Elmore to arrive October 4, 2006.  Jamie and I are blessed far beyond what we have ever deserved or imagined.  We know God has even more in store for us and we cannot wait to see how the story unfolds.  Stay in touch to find out!
