1. I just signed up for a membership. What happens next?

As soon as you submit your payment information, your membership will be activated and set up for automatic billing during your subscription period. Your subscription will begin with the current month's kit.

2. Will my monthly kit purchase apply towards my Scrap and Stamp Club membership?

Yes, all Jamie Scraps Kit purchases will apply towards your monthly Scrap and Stamp Club requirements.

3. Where can I find layout ideas for my monthly kit?

Our talented design team members offer tons of creative inspiration and ideas on how to maximize your monthly kit. Check out our Design Team Gallery. Each month's gallery is archived by month, which allows you to view the current and previous month's kits.

4. Can I add a blinkie or link on my site/blog?

Yes, you are more than welcome to add a link or blinkie on your site. Click here for details.

5. I need to update my billing/shipping information. How do I do this?

Email me at JamieScraps@bellsouth.net. I will get in touch with you as soon as possible regarding the changes to your subscription.

6. What day of the month are the kits shipped out?

Kit Club subscriptions (with delivery option) are shipped out before the 5th of each month. Those who have requested "Local Pickup" are welcome to contact me and arrange pickup by the 5th of each month.

7. What if I do not like a particular month's kit, what should I do?

Please know that I always want you to be happy with your Jamie Scraps Kit Club purchases. Should you decide that you do now want to receive a particular month's kit, please contact me immediately. Currently, I am not able to accept returns or issue refunds once your kits has been shipped. If you have already been billed for a particular month's kit and decide that you do not want to receive it, I will be happy to issue you a credit towards next month's kit.

Please Note: This will extend the length of your membership by 1 month. For example... If you purchase a 3 month membership in October 2008 and then decide in December 2008 that you do not wish to receive that month's kit, your 3 month subscription will be extended to January 2009.

8. Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, I do! Simply contact me at JamieScraps@bellsouth.net. Please include the type of membership and the recipient's information. You have the option to be billed monthly or you can pay for the entire membership up front.

9. Am I required to sign a contract?

No, we are all friends here and I trust that once you make a commitment that you will follow through.
