Family Camping Trip
May 16 - 17, 2008
This past weekend we
went on our 1st family camping trip. It has taken Josh 12+ years now to convince
me to go camping and I finally caved in. I figured with a house that is
3/5 boys that I might as well get used to this whole "outdoors"
thing. 
We even talked our friends - the Sudduths - into going with us up on top of Monte
Sano Mountain. The weather was perfect - a little chilly at times -
but we had a lot of fun. We are definitely planning to make this a yearly
event.
The kids were so excited when we arrived.
We used our new red tent.
Josh says that checking with the instructions was only for verification
purposes.
We had traditional camping food for
dinner that evening - hot dogs and smores.

We survived and all had a great time. These boys all play great together.

realized that I never took a picture of our tent or the boys in their cute
sleeping bags.
Oh well, I guess we will have to go back again soon for some more photo
opps.
